I have always liked this flower panel but only ever admired it.  When driving around in Alaska in October I found it in a quilt shop in Healy as a kit.  After doing some Pinterest research I modified the pattern, then designed the side blocks and felt lucky that Quilt Revolution happened to still have the green. Here you have my new fall couch throw!

At the end of this blog you will see the calendar block of the month pattern I designed for the West Sound Quilters block exchange.  I was so flattered to see these results of that effort at the 2013 West Sound Quilter's Quilt Show in October.
